Image consent form

It is important before we go to print that you please confirm that you have the full license and/ or permission to submit the images to us for publishing to avoid any infringement of copyright law. You may need to check this directly with any photographers you have worked with as, without this, the photographer does own the copyright to all images. You will also need to check that there are no restrictions on the license of your images, i.e. that they can be used for social media use but not in print.

Please also make us aware of any credits that we must print for photographers who and we will ensure that this is printed with the image.

By signing this form I hereby grant permission to One Media for the use of the described electronic images or photographs in any or all editions of One Magazine and declare that the images to be used are free of any copyright and are given to us with full agreement to be used in our publication. I understand that I may revoke this authorisation at any time by notifying jake@one-media.co.uk in writing. The revocation will not affect any actions taken before the receipt of this written notification. I also understand that images will be stored in a secure location on encrypted storage device.
